Great value, great room view and restaurant view. Free breakfast. Room was clean, but no air-conditioned, I guess all hotels here have none. Unfortunately the room I got is right in front above where their exhaust fan releases smoke so if I leave the room opened, the room will smell food. A lot of restaurants nearby, hotel is facing the railway, so you can get a railway view or mountain / lake view.

They let us leave our backpacks with them all day while we toured Machu Picchu . Then when we came back they let us recharge our phones and they even offered to give us some refreshments while we waited for our phones to charge. They took very good care of us.

Excelente ubicación, confortable, buen servicio, buena vista. Tuvimos una muy linda experiencia, asesorados en los tiempos parta poder asistir a la visita del Museo Arquelógico. Adaptan los horarios de servicio para no perder tiempo en las actividades. La habitación cómoda, impecable y muy confortable. Desayuno delicioso y acompañamiento desde la llegada en el tren a Machupicchu.

Hotel ideal para visitar Machu Picchu, al frente de la estación de tren y salida de autobús hacia el complejo. Habitación de lujo y cómoda. Servicio excelente y desayuno buffet desde las 4:30 am. Es el hotel Perfecto para la aventura. Además te guardan las maletas sin ningún costo mientras subes a la montaña

Very good facility, conveniently located near train station, in fact quite next to one of the train tracks. I didn't feel the noise due to the vicinity to the train station. Ask for rooms facing Urubamba river - the view and the river sound is very refreshing. Very polite and friendly staff (Thank you!) Only one issue: we are a family of 4 split in two separate rooms. Not sure if they don't have big enough rooms or were not available at the time of booking (we didn't book ourselves but our 2-day Inca trail tour operator Orange Nation booked for us)

We stayed at Hotel Ferre Machu Picchu for one nights, as part of an organised trip through Exoticca. The stay met our expectations overall. The room was clean and well-organised. The bathroom was equally spotless and tidy. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options such as fruits, juices, cold cuts, bread, jam, butter, coffee, and milk. The hotel’s location in the center of Aguas Calientes made it a convenient base for exploring. We were welcomed with warmth and friendliness upon arrival, which added a nice touch to the experience. This was a good, basic hotel that offers reasonable value for money.

The hotel is outdated. No iron!! However, staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining area was nice. And food was good.
